Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide helpful assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) cash register system to process cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Assist in replenishing store shelves, monitoring product expiry dates, and maintaining organized displays.
- Promote ongoing store campaigns, promotions, and the Guardian loyalty program to customers.
- Maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and overall hygiene standards of the checkout counters and shopping aisles.
- Support the store management team with daily opening and closing procedures as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; school leavers and university students are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashiering is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is a plus).
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer-first attitude.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
