Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and excellent service.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with strict attention to detail and cash handling procedures.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting areas clean and organized at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Cashier, or in a retail setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.
