Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash float and daily sales reports.
- Stock shelves and display products neatly to ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers to help them make informed choices.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic store environment in compliance with safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / High School education.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is an advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
