The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant for our Damai Utama branch in Puchong, Selangor. In this front-line role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty. You will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly, from assisting customers with their purchases to maintaining impeccable store standards. Your role is vital in ensuring every customer leaves our store with a smile.

Your Day-to-Day: Every day brings new challenges and exciting interactions. You will be actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the right products. Accurately handling cash and card transactions will be a key part of your daily responsibilities. You will also help in receiving new stock and keeping the inventory well-managed.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor by replenishing shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and safe for all customers and staff at all times.
- Receive, inspect, and manage incoming stock deliveries and inventory.
- Assist in implementing promotional displays and marketing materials.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints effectively.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / STPM / equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
