Tanggung Jawab
- Support coordinators and supervisors in managing merchandise and store operations
- Ensure optimal product display and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock receiving and reconciliation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
