JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team at our Ecoland branch. As a leader in flooring solutions, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience to our clients.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and projects. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to achieving store sales targets while maintaining our high standards of service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting products by providing expert advice on flooring materials, durability, and aesthetics.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock counts and replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep updated with the latest product arrivals and promotional offers.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or college level/graduate in any field.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Highly organized, energetic, and a proactive problem solver.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills for transactions.
- Must be willing to be assigned in the Ecoland area.
