Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right IT products to meet their needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate and secure transactions.
- Maintain product displays to ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to potential buyers.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT products and consumer electronics is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
