Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and identify their specific eyewear needs.
- Provide professional advice on frame selection, style, and fit for various face shapes.
- Assist with the display and merchandising of products to maintain an attractive store front.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle cash.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Support the optician with basic pre-screening duties and patient registration as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Prior experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, and/or local dialects.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy for stock and sales tracking systems.
