Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about merchandise
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive customer traffic and sales
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic mathematical ability for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
