Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in selecting the right fashion products that suit their style and needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Keep the sales floor organized, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries regarding features and care.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
