Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in the Foodline department, providing information on products and promotions.
- Ensure food display areas are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor product freshness and adhere to First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Perform weighing, labeling, and packing of food items accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory management to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry, preferably in F&B or supermarket environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
- Proactive, hardworking, and a positive team-player attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is an added advantage.
