Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to provide expert product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store floor according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly store sales targets.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Possess a minimum of an SPM, Diploma, or equivalent certification.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
