Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable baby products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including shelving, product display, and cleanliness.
- Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are well-stocked and easily accessible.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally and courteously.
- Actively promote ongoing sales, special offers, and new product arrivals to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/High School certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Basic mathematical skills and comfort handling cash and card transactions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per retail operational needs.
- A genuine interest in baby products, parenting, and child development.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting when necessary.
