As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional shopping experience to our diverse clientele.
In this role, you will play a critical part in helping customers select high-quality gold pieces, managing inventory, and maintaining the prestigious atmosphere of our showroom. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers, providing personalized assistance in selecting gold jewelry.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of gold purity, weight, and current market trends to inform customer purchases.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the display cabinets are clean and well-organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the security of merchandise by adhering to strict store protocols and handling procedures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Perform daily stock counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English, Malay, or other local languages.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability, especially when handling precious metals.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating gold prices based on current daily rates.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a busy retail environment.
