Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing friendly and efficient service at the sales floor.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and making recommendations.
- Ensure grocery shelves are well-stocked, organized, and presented according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the management team promptly.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment for all visitors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, grocery, or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and handle light to medium lifting as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
