Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all shoppers entering the store.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and new arrivals to effectively communicate value.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- High level of professionalism and a genuine desire to help customers.
