- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and consultation
- Manage point-of-sale operations including transactions, inventory checks, and returns
- Drive sales of Huawei smartphones, wearables, and smart home devices
- Maintain store visual standards and product displays
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling techniques
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on Huawei innovations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer applications

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
