Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product demonstrations for ICT hardware/software
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and manage cash transactions
- Drive sales of IT products including laptops, peripherals, and software solutions
- Maintain organized product displays and inventory management
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with technical team to provide accurate product specifications
- Participate in store merchandising and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with basic numeracy/literacy skills
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with tech interest welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn POS systems
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- Interest in IT products and consumer electronics
- Flexible availability including weekends/public holidays
- Valid Malaysian work permit (if applicable)
