Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Restock shelves and ensure inventory levels are up to date and well-organized.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
