Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishments.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential returns professionally.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (an advantage).
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
