- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
- Actively promote IT products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Basic understanding of IT products and consumer electronics
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Customer-focused mindset with prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
