As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand. You will interact with customers daily, offering expert product advice, maintaining store aesthetics, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance to meet their needs.
- Provide expert product recommendations across various baby care categories.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new product launches and current promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM, STPM, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or other local languages.
- Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a proactive work attitude.
