Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with visual merchandising, displays, and store presentation standards
- Contribute to inventory management including stock replenishment and stock counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor and stock areas
- Participate in product training to enhance service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Attention to detail in transactions and inventory management
