- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the Super Cowboy brand.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about item availability and pricing.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions accurately.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and well-stocked at all times to maintain high store standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and busy weekends.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register responsibly.
- Attend training sessions to learn about new products and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- No prior retail experience is required; we are happy to train the right candidates.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
