Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, shelves, and checkout areas
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly priced and displayed
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues
- Adhere to store policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail is a plus
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
