eco-shop Malaysia is a fast-growing retail chain known for its wide range of consumer products and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Kempas branch in Johor Bahru.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the store. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting customers, processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and ensuring that the sales floor is always well-stocked and visually appealing. You will also assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock, conducting stock counts, and rotating products to maintain freshness. Additionally, you will help maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, and enjoys working in a team environment. Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. You must possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn. The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure is essential. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods and available to work on weekends and public holidays.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Assist in inventory management, including stock receiving and rotation
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit
