Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product recommendations and detailed information.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organized, and appealing.
- Assist in visual merchandising and store layout maintenance to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store operational goals.
- Perform stock counts and report discrepancies to the management team promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Retail, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Malay and English is highly desirable.
