Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately
- Handle IT product sales, including laptops, accessories, and related technology
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges according to company policy
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new technology offerings
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
