Tanggung Jawab
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers in finding products suitable for their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately handle cash and card transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets and promote store loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize stock displays and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Malay/Bahasa Melayu is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
