Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and organization.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and polite manner.
- Support the sales team during peak hours and promotional events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is a plus.
