Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and organization.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves to ensure products are always available.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and polite manner.
  • Support the sales team during peak hours and promotional events.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Valid Malaysian driving license is a plus.
