- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and promotions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
- Keep the sales floor and display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise when necessary.
