Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales transactions accurately.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
  • Keep the sales floor and display areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
  • Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise when necessary.
