Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting walk-in clients with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Drive store sales performance by actively promoting products and meeting individual and team targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing showroom display to showcase jewelry collections.
- Handle jewelry transactions, including cash and card processing, with precision and integrity.
- Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry catalog, including material specs, pricing, and current promotions.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, providing after-sales support and updates on new arrivals.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and reporting as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewelry, or high-end fashion.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin/Hokkien to cater to a diverse clientele in Penang.
- A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong integrity and reliability, especially when handling high-value merchandise.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales and inventory records.
