Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and sales campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research to support sales expansion.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Account Executive.
  • Strong background in the event, entertainment, or creative agency industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
