Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture B2B MRO leads through effective communication, follow-ups, and CRM management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and terms to secure favorable deals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the MRO or industrial industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous professional development.
