Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers and distributors through strategic outreach
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including negotiations and purchase orders
- Coordinate product shipping and delivery logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Process sales documentation and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to growth strategies
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or distributor management
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in processing purchase orders and managing logistics
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Experience in retail or consumer products industry preferred
