Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and assist with inquiries regarding Maxis products and services.
- Promote and upsell mobile plans, devices, and value-added services to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest telecommunications technology, product features, and current promotional offers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing stock counts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly in Malay and English.
- Energetic personality with a strong passion for technology and mobile devices.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and digital tools.
