Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to shoppers at Mesra Mall
- Operate and manage the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing IT products that meet their needs
- Process payments, handle returns, and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Actively promote and sell IT products, accessories, and related services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technological advancements in the IT sector
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about IT products
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment
- Previous retail sales experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
