Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and proper cash handling
- Handle sales of IT products, including computers, peripherals, and related accessories
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment
- Stay updated on product features and promotions to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation to create an attractive shopping experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of IT products and technology trends is advantageous
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team environment
