Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in finding the right baby products and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions with care.
- Stock shelves and restock inventory to ensure product availability.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest complementary products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Must be available to work Full Time hours.
