Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and product information to clients visiting the Oppo Concept Store
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle sales of IT products, with a focus on Oppo smartphones and accessories
- Assist with store inventory management and merchandising
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems
- Passion for technology and mobile devices
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required
