Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
- Demonstrate and sell Oppo mobile phones, tablets, and accessories with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and stock organization.
- Assist in inventory management, stock taking, and replenishment as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma holder.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for mobile technology, gadgets, and the latest trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
