- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Clean and maintain display units to ensure products look their best.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holder with a strong interest in the retail industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
