As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer loyalty. Your day will involve engaging with shoppers, providing expert product knowledge on our diverse range of luggage, bags, and accessories, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and organized. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a superior level of customer service and assistance.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products by offering detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain the sales floor and stockroom in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Participate in store promotional activities and visual merchandising initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting moderate stock and standing for extended periods.
- Enthusiastic about fashion, travel, and lifestyle products.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
