Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers, providing professional assistance to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Drive store sales by effectively promoting products and highlighting key features to customers.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and inventory tidiness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocktaking, and managing store inventory levels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
- Stay updated on current promotions, product knowledge, and store policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent in any field.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, or Mandarin are highly advantageous.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively to a team environment.
