Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide professional product recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the pharmacy shelves and displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
  • Provide basic health-related advice and information to customers based on product knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support daily outlet activities and assist the pharmacist in administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • SPM/STPM certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy/Health Science is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to lift light stock.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
