Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide professional product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the pharmacy shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Provide basic health-related advice and information to customers based on product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support daily outlet activities and assist the pharmacist in administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM certificate or Diploma in Pharmacy/Health Science is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and retail operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift light stock.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
