As a key member of our store staff, you will play a vital role in helping our customers find the right products and providing a positive shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and health supplements.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash securely.
- Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store display is clean, organized, and appealing to customers.
- Provide basic health advice and recommend products based on customer needs while adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and store cleanliness at all times.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- SPM / O-Level or equivalent educational qualification is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or a pharmacy setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
