Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately and handle cash handling duties.
- Assist in the sales and promotion of IT hardware, software, and peripherals to meet sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, organize store shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Perform inventory checks and restock products as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM certificate or Diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn new IT products.
