Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right baby products
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, conducting stock counts, and maintaining organized shelves
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Assist with merchandising and display arrangements to attract customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
