Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Actively promote featured products and highlight current store promotions.
- Maintain shelf cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization.
- Provide detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Support general store operations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotions is highly preferred.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Energetic, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and a proactive approach to sales targets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or inventory management is an advantage.
