Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing expert advice to help them find the products they need.
- Actively promote featured products and special offers to maximize sales targets.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions and handle payments accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to management to avoid shortages.
- Adhere strictly to store safety protocols and operational policies to maintain a secure environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is highly preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in additional dialects is a plus.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and target-oriented personality.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the retail schedule.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
